      Toxic Leadership Overshadows Everything Else

      The office environment was comfortable, and colleagues were friendly, supportive, and collaborative.

      Cons

      The CEO was by far the worst I’ve encountered in my career—disconnected, egocentric, and harmful to both morale and productivity. The leadership created a climate of fear and control, where people didn’t feel safe to speak up for a better working environment. If you're thinking about applying here: seriously reconsider. The emotional toll just isn’t worth it!

      Limited tech team autonomy hinders innovation and impact

      There is opportunity to work on many different areas, since the team is small, like backend, and frontend, and dbabmin, etc...

      Cons

      Many impactful product decisions are not taken by the tech team, but by management. It's one thing trying to have certain results in a certain time frame, and it's another thing trying to enforce them, while effectively clipping the wings of the tech team, limiting their ability to innovate and make sound technical decisions. They were supposedly hired for a reason beyond fixing bugs; which ironically happen mostly because of said decisions...
