Pros

There is opportunity to work on many different areas, since the team is small, like backend, and frontend, and dbabmin, etc...

Cons

Many impactful product decisions are not taken by the tech team, but by management. It's one thing trying to have certain results in a certain time frame, and it's another thing trying to enforce them, while effectively clipping the wings of the tech team, limiting their ability to innovate and make sound technical decisions. They were supposedly hired for a reason beyond fixing bugs; which ironically happen mostly because of said decisions...

Pros

- Small team means that you are able to work on multiple areas and grow in you skills and work with the things you like. - Great benefits including paid study time to learn new skills. - Tech first approach so you get to work with the latest technologies

Cons

- As the company is relatively small your growth is limited to the size of the company. - There is always work to do, so if you are looking for a place to relax most of the time, this is not it.

Pros

Positive work environment. Multi-cultural international team of highly qualified colleagues. Small but international company that has been around for over 20 years. Ability to learn new skills quickly with strong focus on fast development and less focus on risk avoidance. The low rating for ValueChecker is unfair, probably caused by a few unhappy former employees. If you look at the facts like LinkedIn profiles you can see that many have worked here for many years. I guess not many happy employees leave reviews here.

Cons

What I don't mind but others probably don't like is that work from home is only allowed 1 day a week. Management even pays a bonus every week the employee does not work from home. It's a rule that everyone learns during the interviews, and if you don't like that then dont work here. It's a small company with the team leads and tech boss working for many years, so there are not many steps to move upwards compared to larger company.
