Pros
Seemingly good values, nice parties and wine tastings and other low-cost but fun stuff to keep us working in projects. So if you want to learn through doing the work, this is a good place for people early in their careers.
Cons
The work is either limited and repetitive or very wide ranged where a consult is alone in charge of all without any support than empathy from the company. The employee comes first before the customer is true until the customer needs conflicts with employee needs. The values look good but are not in use in practice anymore, achieving good profits seems to be the main objective.
