Great people and great caring atmosphere.

It gets quite lonely to be the only consultant in a customer company.

Great people all around. The management team makes it easy to consentrate to work and make sure you have everything you need. You are not forced to go to a client that does not feel right or if you feel it will not develop you career wise.

For some the consultancy might be a con. For me it is not. I actually like the fact that if I want to change working place, I can change cmustomer and stay employed at the same company. I mean we could have more people joining in to the board game club. But seriously, Vala has been and is the best place I have worked and I have experience on different fields before IT.
