      Lack of structure and organization with and for employees 0 job security 0 recognition monetarily, even with a standard cost of living wage increase and increased workload MO = do more for less Quite sure there are some legality issues in question with a lot of their “processes and procedures” 0 communication 0 opportunities for growth
