Unisys interview questions

I attended the interview process for a Systems Analyst role which included a technical assessment on-site. The overall interview experience itself was professional, and the technical test was clear. However, I felt the communication during the post-interview stage could be improved. After completing the assessment, there was a long waiting period of nearly three weeks without any update. I followed up with the HR, but did not receive a direct response regarding the status. Eventually, the rejection was received through the candidate portal rather than via a direct communication, which felt a bit impersonal given the effort invested in the process. I understand recruitment can take time, but more timely updates and clearer communication would improve the overall candidate experience.

Had a touchpoint screen with HR, then an in-depth technical interview with a panel of engineers. Not much feedback was given during the interview about performance. Overall, the process was pretty standard for this type of role.
