      Pros

      - Fully remote, I’ve been able to travel to over 7 countries already while working here - Great culture, work calls and slack banter are on point - Lots of growth opportunity and I’ve been given full independence and trust - Super flexible, we get unlimited time off (within reason) and can more or less choose our hours

      Pros

      Starting with management, they understand what it takes to attract and keep top talent, as well as how to put the talented individuals in the best positions for them to thrive. The rest of the team is highly skilled but at the same time humble and willing to provide a helping hand at any moment.

      Cons

      Honestly, it's difficult to find a valid con. This is a very well run organization. Even if there was a con, the management is flexible enough and responsive enough to fix it.
