30 min meeting with 3rd party recruiter. The role posted on linkedin seemed like it was for a full time role at the company but this is essentially a consultancy position at a firm. I think the job posting is misleading and definitely a waste of time for job seekers looking for a full time position at a company.
Although nice and friendly, the interview was very script driven - limited room for discussion of the role or development points to expand upon. Minimum three stages of interview and tasks.
