Pros

Low requirements -I was accepted into the company without any inbound/outbound calls experience - I don't have any relevant certification either

Cons

A.Bad Training - During my training my instructor didn't have the full knowledge of the project I'm in , my training did also ended early due to they are in a dire need of staff at the time - I was informed if I don't know how I can just use chatgpt and google to find the answers I personally find it super unprofessional B.High workload - Although they have dedicated roles such as Inbound team and Outbound team during high spike calls outbound team are forced to support and take inbound calls and still maybe forced to finish their leads by the team leaders -I had days where the calls were so overbearingly high that I ran out of breath if this keeps up I'm really afraid I might develop asthma and I'm a perfectly healthy person I do not have any medical condition this was alarming to me. -We are not allowed to use the toilet freely , I personally experienced needing to hold my pee for over 1 hour to support inbound and this had led me to develop UTI to the point of bleeding when I pee -My project specifically when any events are happening we cannot freely join , meanwhile I see all the other projects having fun and able to join and participate, while my project can only get the leftovers if there is any food involved. - They are so severely underemployed, when I entered the headcount was over 20 for inbound now it's getting lesser day by day, the resign rate is higher then the staying rate. I been working here for almost 1 year and almost 10 people had left, for a project that only have 30-40 agents that's alarming Unfair treatment - I have seen my colleagues left due to unfair treatment by the higher ups although I just heard their side of the stories, at the time one of colleagues had to do a surgical operation and during recovery is needed to stay in the hospital for long period of time [more then 1 week] but was denied even with doctor's hand written letter. - there's one team leader that doesn't even know how to answer my questions I get from customers and she's always on her phone talking non job related stuff I don't see her half the time in the office how can she be a team leader with an attitude like that. HR takes forever to help - I asked HR to reset password and it took them a full day and me asking them 3 times or more it took them days to even reset a password - I have decided to resign as of November and have sent my resignation letter, I have been waiting for over 1 week and I have asked HR for my notice period time and time again , the worse part is the headcount of HR actually increased so how come this is taking so long , they obviously have time I see them loitering outside the office, inside the office, super unprofessional, by the way as of me writing this review I have not received my notice period. Bad manager - I heard my manager wanting to throw me out during working hours in the office while I'm nearby, although she didn't say my name but she pointed at me. - The manager that handled my project doesn't even know any of the project knowledge, constantly pushing us to be faster at our calls , constantly pressuring us to meet her insane expectations with such low head counts in this project we definitely need atleast 10 more people but I don't even think that's enough. No career advancement - Personally seen people take more responsibility and worked for years but no title, honestly I don't even think it's worth it the team leader is doing more manager work then the manager and the manager is the one that gets paid what a sad position to be in. - Over almost a year working here the workload has only increased even to newbies when I first joined I was only responsible for 2 types of customer inquiries but now I'm forced to do all of them so as the newbies , with the bad training and increased workload and head count getting lower if you want to develop health issues and maybe mental issues this is the place to be this is sarcasm of course.
