Tutors can reach the 40 hours at their own pace, even over several months. If you were told otherwise, it was simply incorrect, and we are sorry for any confusion this may have caused. 2. The background check process is standard and transparent We require a valid criminal background check, just like any tutoring company working with minors. The optional refund program is offered only to help tutors reduce their upfront cost — it is not mandatory, and it is not designed to be misleading. We do not hide any conditions, and our team is always available to explain the process clearly. 3.
