Bullying, demeaning culture The company is micro managed by the Managing Director Awful, uncaring working environment Very cliquey - if you’re not related to the Managing Director, or a family friend, your face will not fit. The role badly affected my mental health at the time, however having brought this up with my then Line Manager, it was met with a total lack of interest. The turnover of staff was very high. After chatting to other team members, they all advised that they couldn’t want to leave the business. Avoid this company like the plague. You’ll regret joining it.
