APPALLING COMPANY - STEER WELL CLEAR - Account Manager Transonics Employee Review

This is a fair minded family business that treat employees as family when the employees are punctual work hard and apply themselves to the training they have been given. Excellent benefits and social activities and care taken for all staff members.

I take exception to some of the negative reviews here as they are in my opinion are false by disgruntled ex-employees who were probably and I know some of them during the time scale were dismissed from their roles through not fulfilling their functions, poor timekeeping or continued unaccountable absenteeism

None that I can think of.

Badly run company, from top to bottom. A bullying culture exists. Zero opportunity to progress; personal development is not encouraged. Non existent HR function; no option to raise real concerns within the organisation. Family run business; very cliquey. Intimidating environment to work in, due to extreme micro management. Highly unprofessional.
