Pros
The people are great and everyone seems to have Stockholm Syndrome thinking this is the only gig they will ever get. Find other jobs people - you can do it.
Cons
It's a terrible work environment. The company has not grown in over 20 years because the owners are bad business people and do not trust anybody. I would never do business with these people knowing what I know now.

Decent concept, some good employees.
Cons
Upper management belittles and treats everyone below him terribly. Rambles all the time but never makes logical sense and is emotionally abusive to employees. Commissions will never be paid and structure will change frequently. Stay away if you enjoy respect or peace of mind.
