      Pros

      The people are great and everyone seems to have Stockholm Syndrome thinking this is the only gig they will ever get. Find other jobs people - you can do it.

      Cons

      It's a terrible work environment. The company has not grown in over 20 years because the owners are bad business people and do not trust anybody. I would never do business with these people knowing what I know now.

      None. I would say some of the people is the only con. Then again, the good ones have probably left.

      Ownership, it starts at the top.
