Product Concept is Nice and good
Cons
1. Worst CEO. He treats employees as his servant. Doesn't know the job , whom to give job , whom to trust. Doesn't know market standards. Thinks this as Grocery shop and treats employees like that. 2. Salary is bare minimum 3. Hike is worst. 4. You will be taken for developer job but you will asked to do documentation , you will be offered testers job but you should test only as per developer says. You will be given manager job you will be doing support work. 5. No Value for employees 6. No Vision 7. You might ask 20% of hike from previous company, you will be given 5% at starting 3 months then 10% after 3 months. 8. Your voice will never be heard by TOP Management 9. Life after 1 year when you look back , you would have done job 24x7 and nothing would have improved 10. CSM do not do their job they ask Onboarding team to do their job. Support ticket is their job.Which team has to do what , no clarity. Learn Industry standard Mr. CEO 11. Vivek - A useless solution architect , CEO believes this person and he is waste. 12. Testing has to be done as per what this Vivek says. 13. No recognition , No encouragement 14. CEO will like only people who says YES to him. 15. I don't know what MD is doing here. If CEO is not listening to hear what he says. 16. HR is dummy there -
