No real cons to speak of unless you are uncomfortable with tech in general. The company continues to innovate its platform, which requires employees needing to take the time to learn and understand the new features that are released every few weeks.

-The features and products are always evolving to keep up with customer suggestions. I like that it really is a customer centric. -Though it can be stressful, the environment is laid back and casual. -Leadership is open to suggestions and is very transparent about where we are and were we are going. -If I have an issue, I always feel as if I can go to my direct superior without any hesitations and I feel heard.

-There are still a few growing pains, which can be frustrating, but leadership does a good job to overcome them.
