      Toxic Management lead to burnout

      Pros

      Worked from home during the pandemic, health insurance premium paid for by company.

      Cons

      Hired "rockstar" executives and paid them enormous salaries with no experience in the field they were managing. Huge pay gap between management team and the staff. No support for production team, and spread it's few members very thin. 10 to 1 ratio of management to production staff. No communication between management, leading to confusing tasks for staff, resulting in getting gaslit for not providing correct assets. Offered unlimited PTO, but poor planning on management side left staff constantly rushing to get last minute asks done, often over the weekend and holidays. Management doesn't listen to staff, even when staff has the experience. There were town hall meetings where management bragged about how many houses they own, and how many expensive NFTs in front of burned-out staff that made a fraction of their pay. Claimed to be 'woke' and inclusive, but it was for profit/show. The few good people we had quickly moved on to other places. Don't trust the positive reviews, they asked us to go online and rate them as best company.

Regarding the issues you raised, we want to clarify that we do not have huge pay gaps between managers and non-managers. We hire and pay based on experience. We also take pride in our DE& I initiatives, not for profit or show. We back up our being "woke" with action. We also do not ask employees for Glassdoor reviews and haven't in the time that I've been with the company. We understand that this may have been a misunderstanding and we apologize for any confusion.       One of the better companies I’ve worked for

      Pros

      - unlimited PTO with manager approval - hybrid schedule only in the office 2x/week - variety of snacks and beverages - suggestions of employee engagement are heard - fun group of employees to work with - lunch is provided maybe 1-2 times per month - direct manager makes me feel heard when having suggestions - free on-site parking or monthly parking stipend - great work/life balance - awesome benefits

      - career advancement is a bit slow

      Pros

      Great NFT projects and partnerships with the likes of Coca~Cola and Champion. Decent Pay.

      Cons

      Disrespectful leadership. Unqualified leadership. Executive in-fighting. They say they care about mental health, but you might be let go if you take a mental health day. People mismanagement. Disrespectful leadership. Leadership has poisonous attitudes. No diversity.
