Regarding the issues you raised, we want to clarify that we do not have huge pay gaps between managers and non-managers. We hire and pay based on experience. We also take pride in our DE& I initiatives, not for profit or show. We back up our being "woke" with action. We also do not ask employees for Glassdoor reviews and haven't in the time that I've been with the company. We understand that this may have been a misunderstanding and we apologize for any confusion.
