Pros

- Great culture of people working - Depending on the role, you could travel all the time (pre-Covid) - well-stocked kitchen with fresh fruit

Cons

- Expects everyone to work extremely hard with no return - Upper management are all men who think they know best - Dev team is stuck in their old ways and won't try to develop a better or newer product to gain more market share - Super low pay - Upon leaving, I felt like i was shunned! - OKRs or goals are all management base without input from the employees to have realistic goals and timelines - lots of the amazing talent is gone - zero training plan, it's all 'learn as you go' - product team talks down to everyone and blames everyone for mistakes - zero accountability - spent money remodelling the office when you could have given everyone a bonus

Pros

Culture - boot-camp - health and wellness - family focused - encourage education/training - social events Work - challenging and dynamic (I love this) - always learning new aspects of the job - multi-disciplinary teams - my role, lots of flexibility as long as I get the job done

Cons

34 year old start-up with old school ways - operations is content on keeping on the same path as 34 years ago - innovation is encouraged but not acknowledged to be actioned - often putting out more fires than working on proactive solutions - wants to shed legacy name but not willing to take the risks to get there Benefits - vacation days are low and don't reflect the needs of the employees - no personal days or FLEX days - sick days are low - salaries don't meet market value for many roles - no pension plans or stock options

Pros

Standing desk and comfortable chairs.

Cons

Team didn't communicate goals thoroughly and leadership was outdated in their knowledge of marketing a B2B product. Manager was passive aggressive and incompetent - not a good mix - and apparently had a history of receiving complaints from direct reports.
