Cons
- no perspective in a sense of growth, all the top positions are already taken and those people are so comfortable, they'll never leave, so making extra effort with hopes to go somewhere higher here just make no sense - promotions take too long, it can take a year or even more to get your promotion to the next level, by the time it happens you're already worthy of another one, which will not happen so fast of course - salary raise that comes with the promotion is ridiculously low, many leave the company for this reason, although they have become key employees - work-life balance is almost on the edge, you work 8 hours straight, with little to no time to even have lunch, let alone small breaks; no one expects you to work on weekends, but long hours are definitely there - company works as an outsource, so you're highly dependent on clients and they can change plans any time, and you'll be left with no project and job in general - company may seem to be a cheapskate from time to time, stating to have a great financial year, but cutting costs all of the sudden - no relocation options, although it was marketed as a benefit at first
