- Career growth is too weak, sometimes impossible - You can wait for salary increase for months, even for year or more - If you are a motivated and ambitious person who genuinely cares about doing your job well and going above and beyond - it will not be appreciated. They may easily pay more to someone who spends six hours a day sleeping on the job, works for an hour, and then takes another hour for lunch - Management often feels detached and uninterested in employees. In many cases, managers only reach out when something goes wrong or does not meet expectations. Good work, on the other hand, rarely gets recognized, and even basic appreciation or positive feedback seems to be too much to expect

Constant mass layoffs, very few projects, they promise you that you can switch projects and/or profession, but you get stuck in the same place for years. Many of my colleagues (and myself) burned out because of that. Everything is very different across the projects - some are okay, some are really bad. At the moment, most positions and projects are not very stable Old management was great, but there was almost a full rehire at one point (due to the reasons outside anyone's control), and it went downhill. I used to love that company for the transparency and care for the employees, and then it slowly went downhill over several years. Maybe something changed for the better since 2024 - but my ex. colleagues that stayed or left later say otherwise. I also know for a fact that some of my colleagues were (and some still are) underpaid for their skills and contributions to the team.
