      1. Upper management has no sense on how to execute strategies. 2. They just keep on going back and forth with changes and dont know how to communicate properly, if any project get delays because of this, you will be the one who will be blamed.

      Upper Management harasses employees, take no responsibility of their own business, starts blame game on employees , hire and fire policy. the upper management takes more interest on personal life and provides no expectation and information on what work has to be delivered. Don't let employees present their work and constantly criticize. Small office in some residential area. Washroom is smelly. High expectation and very less salary. All the employees are frustrated by upper management's behavior, they also take names in townhall as a bad example openly and talks rudely in front of everyone. Zero business model, KRAs not defined.
