      Fun, lots of freedom for activity planning

      Pros

      Freedom to design your own curriculum and gain hands on practical experience. Great co workers and management.

      Cons

      The pay is okay. It’s not a living wage, and you don’t get raises. For all the staff do to make the program great it would be nice to see hard work given greater value, especially when staff design the curriculum themselves.

      One of the better youth programs I have worked at. Organized, is a team with good people.
