Freedom to design your own curriculum and gain hands on practical experience. Great co workers and management.

The pay is okay. It’s not a living wage, and you don’t get raises. For all the staff do to make the program great it would be nice to see hard work given greater value, especially when staff design the curriculum themselves.

Rewarding to encerage youth to presure STEM and share your science passions with them.

This job can be quite exhausting and if you havnt worked with children before it be a little much.
