None i can think of. Their main product hsec online doesn't work properly so you have to keep showing clients how it works.
Cons
I'm facing daily struggles with management who gaslight and create a toxic environment. When we speak up about the product not being user friendly or question unfair pay or mistreatment especially by persons of colour, they turn things around to make us feel like we're imagining problems. They tell us "that's not what happened" or "you're too sensitive" when we report real issues. This mind games and denial from leadership makes coming to work mentally draining, especially for staff of colour who get paid less for the same work. The office environment feels unsafe and abusive.
