Pros
The location was great but they were moving further south. The tools they used was easy to learn and easy to work with.
Cons
Management team didn't feel like they cared about the employee. Always attempted to find the "wrong" in everything the employee did. They wanted to know everything you were doing, and wanted to be contacted before anything is done. Rather then allowing the person to do the job they were hired to do they enforced rules such as "Contact us before calling the customer back", "Call us before you do anything", or "When you call us provide the issue they are having, the proposed solution but instead try this".. which was already tried or is a backward step.
