      - Employee benefits cut year by year [ bonus cut maybe no bonus , yearly increment no more , company trip cut ] meanwhile workload increased. - Company structure and management keep changing. - The 'C' level never go down and understand what lower level needs. Request no listened. Conclusion : Poor Management

      allow to work from home and flexible working hour. freedom to arrange own schedule

      No extra pay or allowance for overtime or work during midnight/weekends. No phone allowance, no internet allowance, no meal allowance, the only allowance was only mileage claim. Too many last-minute tasks and poor client service management. Poor manpower and project management. Overlapping roles and responsibilities with a confusing structure. Team leaders often jump to conclusions and do not consider explanations. Lack of proper guidance and procedures for onboarding new employees. Prevalence of gossip and hearsay.
