      Remote working. Only coming in when needed. Transparent profits leading to bonuses and increments. Pretty good benefits overall too.

      Great colleagues and flexibility in touching multiple projects if you wish to. Flexible work hours but you need discipline to deliver.

      Cons

      Work hours can be tough when projects hit, no OT but that's part of the industry.
