Pros

Rely is one of the few places I've worked where the mission actually drives the day-to-day. We're building something real in healthcare - patients get help they wouldn't otherwise get, and clients keep expanding scope because the product works. Leadership is technical, hands-on, and in the trenches with the team. You get exposure and ownership you'd wait years for at a bigger company. Comp is fair for stage, healthcare is covered, and the people around you are smart and genuinely kind. If you want to learn fast and ship things that matter, it's hard to beat.

Cons

This is not a coast job. We're a fast-growing startup in a regulated space, which means priorities shift as we learn what customers need, and the roadmap evolves quarter to quarter. That's the nature of early stage — if you need a rigid, unchanging scope of work, this probably isn't the right fit. Hours can be heavy during launches.

Pros

People, mission, great co-founding leaders that are building something that is desperately needed in healthcare. Clients are asking for more and expanding their relationship with us - thats a good indication we are doing it right.

Cons

Gotta love the start up environment. Fast pace and plenty of work to be done.

Pros

-You’re given the opportunity to “wear different hats,” if that’s your thing. -Exposure to early-stage startup dynamics and scrappy workflows.

Cons

-The company culture is extremely chaotic and panic-driven. Last-minute fixes are demanded on an almost daily basis with little to no context or planning. Everything is deemed as urgent at the same time. -We work with a nonexistent product roadmap which ends up forcing employees to constantly fight fires. Overall piecemeal development with little to no planning. -Burnout is 100% normalized and speaking up about it usually backfires in a negative way. -Unprofessional, erratic, and blame-heavy communication is the norm. -Priorities shift pretty much daily. -Little to no investment in our growth and mentorship. -Rely doesn't care much about our day-to-day experiences and doesn't care about keeping us long term. -Accountability only flows one way. -Leadership lacks product experience and operates primarily as task enforcers, not collaborators.
