We're building something real in healthcare - patients get help they wouldn't otherwise get, and clients keep expanding scope because the product works. Leadership is technical, hands-on, and in the trenches with the team. You get exposure and ownership you'd wait years for at a bigger company. Comp is fair for stage, healthcare is covered, and the people around you are smart and genuinely kind. If you want to learn fast and ship things that matter, it's hard to beat.

This is not a coast job. We're a fast-growing startup in a regulated space, which means priorities shift as we learn what customers need, and the roadmap evolves quarter to quarter. That's the nature of early stage — if you need a rigid, unchanging scope of work, this probably isn't the right fit. Hours can be heavy during launches.
