      Pros

      The relative space It's a consolidated company on the wood floor and carpet. That exports the material from Europe.

      Cons

      The owner makes the environment sick. She's bullying, that treats the employees like children, it's a family company, and a lot of information is just in her head.

      The location was pretty much the only pro because it was convenient

      Cons

      Minimal training but expected you to know everything within the first couple weeks, disrespectful and rude owners would make inappropriate comments about appearance. Uses fear tactics and anger instead of providing constructive feedback to employees. Owners would gossip and slander past and current employees in and around the office.
