Unprofessional family business dynamic - Anonymous employee Relative Space Employee Review

Working at RS was a wonderful experience. I learned so much about how to succeed at sales and always felt supported by my manager and other staff. Because it's a smaller family-owned company, there's a lot of flexibility in how you can choose to focus your role. There was limitless potential to succeed and make the job what you want it to be, all while being able to maintain a great work/life balance. The products are beautiful and designers always love them, so that certainly helps!

Can't think of any real cons. I was very happy in the job and only left because I had to move out of state. Honestly miss working there!

Nothing positive about the working conditions and expectations.

Owners are derogative, arrogant, rude and even cruel in their behavior. They don't treat their employees or customers well at all and speak behind everyone's back. It's a toxic environment that is masked by beautiful designed product for which you will likely never see commission on the sales.
