It creates a really positive working environment where you feel so comfortable asking questions, learning, and growing in your role. The role is fully remote, which gives you the flexibility to work from anywhere and makes balancing work and home life much easier. There’s also the option to use the shared London office space if you want a change of scenery or a bit of human interaction now and again, which is a really nice bonus.
