Working for a smaller company really makes a difference, as you genuinely feel seen and appreciated rather than just being another number. The team is incredibly friendly and supportive, and there’s always someone willing to help if you need it. It creates a really positive working environment where you feel so comfortable asking questions, learning, and growing in your role. The role is fully remote, which gives you the flexibility to work from anywhere and makes balancing work and home life much easier. There’s also the option to use the shared London office space if you want a change of scenery or a bit of human interaction now and again, which is a really nice bonus.

There is an excellent company culture at Refundee and everyone takes pride in Refundee's mission, to help victims of fraud recover their money and represent them in a professional and hassle-free way. The job is completely remote and there is a lot of autonomy in how you work and manage your case-load - offering great work life balance. Management is both incredibly supportive and invested in your own development.

Remote working may not be suited to everyone and by nature is unsociable. Could offer more opportunities for progression outside of the role.
