Poor compensation and benefits. Compensation is significantly lower than the market rate. And it does not reflect what the employee is bringing to the company.
Lack of training and management. Employees are expected to do other people’s job without any training or support.
Absent minded management. The upper management does not get looped in or help the work employees do but expect magical results.
No work life boundaries. Since there is another team in China, US employees are expected to work late without overtime pay to accommodate the time difference.
Lack of communication from the employer. Decisions made by the upper management usually are not communicated to the employees even if the decision impacts their work.
