A startup company in affiliated advertising program utilizing link-share and linking both US and Chinese consumers with US merchants. Very wide horizon in terms of the responsibility and the authorization to bring up new things to the team and the business.
Cons
Still a start up company where an impression that "working in a small business" would hurt when looking for the new job, though boosts decades of experience in very large organization in the past
