      None. A big waste of time

      Long 4-part interview process and terrible pay because they take most of it and give you peanuts. Disrespectful people running the company and very unprofessional, won't' respond to emails.

      I am able to set my own hours. Since I am 68 years old this is important to me. They have always been very cooperative with me when I need assistance myself.

      I find no cons concerning working for Pyschic Source. The contact environment is great and they are very cooperative in giving me help if I need it.
