      None. A big waste of time

      Long 4-part interview process and terrible pay because they take most of it and give you peanuts. Disrespectful people running the company and very unprofessional, won't' respond to emails.

      Work from home, make your own schedule, control your work hours

      Cons

      Pay is too low to really live on, even at the top tiers. Because of this you have to work a lot of hours, and it creates burnout.
