      Pros

      The application is good for business owners

      Cons

      The head of growth and co-founder (Chioma Ugo) is not bothered about her employees. They pay peanuts for an enormous work load and yet they deduct from your salary without a good reason. There's no room for growth and employees well being are never cartered for. The annoying part is the CEO does nothing about what is going on. Prospa is a toxic place to work.

      Glittery job description and onboarding phase, a completely different reality.

      I promise you, this is not how you want to start your career. You will be left feeling smaller than you can ever imagine.

      I have none in mind.

      Cons

      They don't practice what they preach as the company's values and that's so so so sad. Considering what they are building is so so so good. Do better!!
