The head of growth and co-founder (Chioma Ugo) is not bothered about her employees. They pay peanuts for an enormous work load and yet they deduct from your salary without a good reason. There's no room for growth and employees well being are never cartered for. The annoying part is the CEO does nothing about what is going on. Prospa is a toxic place to work.
