Customers are lovely, mostly regular customers
Cons
Manager doesn't give staff their tips, makes the environment uncomfortable and unpleasant for employees. You would think staff would get a free meal if working the whole day but this is not the case. Breaks are unpaid too. Some staff members seemed judgemental of peoples differences and were often over heard making comments and laughing at a particular staff member. The team aren't supportive when you join and would get made to feel silly when asking questions. I hope this has improved.
