    Pros

    -Discount was very generous, sometimes allowed to double up on promotion + discount -Beautiful merchandise and very easy to read visual manuals -Cross-training which allowed you to pick up shifts for other departments

    Cons

    -The management team was incredibly toxic at my location -High turnover rate -On-call shifts and last minute shift cancellations

    Pros

    Fast paced environment, raises if you sell a lot. Get to help customers design their rooms and put through major transactions.

    Cons

    No training, hours not guaranteed. Only base pay- no commission. Computers are severely outdated and crash multiple times a week. Patience is necessary
