Not much to write about.
Cons
The CEO, Keith Hearon, is a stereotypical racist white guy, and is especially rude and disrespectful toward immigrants/non-whites. Startup environment is demanding, but does not entitle leadership to vent unnecessarily on others, and when done only toward non-white folks suggests racist attitude. The COO is a micro-manager, and they just rub off on each other. If you are an immigrant, non-white person, tread carefully as there are different standards for different folks!

Smart and ambitious coworkers. Growing team will allow for professional growth and a variety of projects in the coming few years.
Cons
Smaller team than other engineering companies so have to be comfortable with taking charge of your own projects
