      Pros

      Strong emphasis on team work and communication. Management encourages resilience and self-sufficiency by giving lots of responsibility and independence with a minimal yet encompassing and reliable level of support.

      Cons

      As part of a small team selling internationally everyone carries a great load of responsibility. The hours are long and much is expected of you.
