      Pros

      I had a pleasure of working with Polar Racking in 2025 and I was very impressed by the knowledge, effort and dedication of the managers and leaders from all departments. CEO is very friendly and is really part of the business. Managers and HR are very approachable and resourceful. It was a great experience.

      Pros

      Company is ok for New Comers. Get some experience & leave. Not for professional experienced people.

      Cons

      Very less pay. SCM VP is a Physco Indian guy, Indian style work culture. Because of the one man show (VP SCM). No respect for experience professionals.
