      Unlimited PTO and fully remote.

      Cons

      poor communication, lack of interest in employee needs. In the last year I have watched multiple people leave and not replaced. This has left most of us in multiple roles with no pay increase or compensation.

      Point3 Security offers unlimited paid time off, access to their cybsrsecurity platform, and a remote work environment.

      Cons

      Point3 Security says that work life balance is important but highly favors those who are willing to put in more than a standard work week. Extreme favoritism to those who promote a culture of overwork and extreme stress. Point3 Security rarely gives true promotions and focuses highly on title changes without compensation increases.
