Interview
The process is an assessment or challenges, a CTF of sorts. Tests your hacking abilities. If you have not ever taken on a capture the flag you would not be successful. You have to capture the flag or flags for their development and engineering roles. You talk to their TA first then decide if you want to test.

CTF capture the flag and their Talent Acquisition Manager. She was super nice and told me the whole story of P3Security, from the beginning. No one does that.
