      Great remote work and culture, but limited salary growth

      Pros

      Remote work. Good work culture. Team and management is good. Salary on time. Never had to work overtime.

      Cons

      if you manage to get a pretty good salary at the time of joining, it's all good. but if you start at a low salary, you won't see much of improvement, yes you get an appraisal every year, other than that, there are no such thing as bonus or anything

      Best place to work with permanent WFH

      Pros

      - This is a great company to start your career. - When companies are shutting down WFH, this company has gone permanent WFH. - Best work/life balance. I have never received a call after work hours. - The seniors are extremely helpful, they give you time to do some R&D if you do not know stuff and catch up to speed. - Work timing is from 9:30AM to 6:30PM IST from Monday to Friday with 1 hour lunch break from 2PM-3PM. - They never tell you to work late. They do not micro-manage and provide ample time to work properly. - Salary is always on time.
