- This is a great company to start your career. - When companies are shutting down WFH, this company has gone permanent WFH. - Best work/life balance. I have never received a call after work hours. - The seniors are extremely helpful, they give you time to do some R&D if you do not know stuff and catch up to speed. - Work timing is from 9:30AM to 6:30PM IST from Monday to Friday with 1 hour lunch break from 2PM-3PM. - They never tell you to work late. They do not micro-manage and provide ample time to work properly. - Salary is always on time.

Salary hike & appraisal are slow

The seniors and everyone is so helpful. You get to learn to work with top notch technologies. In my one month of experience I learned so many new technologies and also learned to become versatile. The work life balance is more than perfect and they help you gain wide range of skills as well as knowledge in a very less amount of time. There is no issue with the salary too. As long as you are a passionate developer who can take responsibilities on his own you are good to go. I'm so much lucky that I got the opportunity to work here and I promise you will gain 10 time more experience here than working in any other startups

If you are not responsible, if you are not passionate and can't keep yourself updated with new techs then you'd be left behind otherwise there is no cons. you will be welcomed.
