Owners are rude and explosive and swear and carry on like children. Sends emails to all stores screaming that unless they sell more the company will go bankrupt! The GM is an enabler who feeds this poor behaviour and won't stand up for any employee. They got one guy in who tried to bring in structure and professionalism and guess what - they pushed him out the door! The whole brand is shady and built on an image that isn't real. If you're not part of the inner clicky circle (owners, GM and Marketing) then forget it. Possibly the greediest most money hungry people I've ever met.

Terrible head office, no structure, no HR department, poor communication, do not take care of their retail girls, no opportunity to grow or move up, the way the run their business is stuck in the dark ages, awful poeple to work for
